UK - MaidenheadUK - Maidenhead hardware failure
We have detected a hardware failure in our UK - Maidenhead cloud location, that is affecting a small number of cloud servers. On-site data centre technicians are working to restore the failed hardware if possible, and we are simultaneously restoring customer cloud servers from available backups to restore service as quickly as possible. The affected customerbase is small, however if you are experiencing issues in this location and have not received a notification that you are affected please open a support ticket.
